Kim Read
Admin Support
Hi, I’m Kim Read, and I’ve been part of the Integrated Physical Therapy team for about a year now. I love being in a role where I can help others and be part of such a supportive team. As Admin Support, I answer calls, schedule appointments, and make sure our patients have everything they need for a smooth experience.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Grove City College, and I’ve always had a heart for helping people. It’s incredibly rewarding to see patients improve, and I’m grateful to play a small part in their healing journey.
Integrated Physical Therapy holds a special place in my life—not just because of the amazing team, but also because my husband, Dr. Ben, is one of the physical therapists here! Working alongside him has been a long-time dream, and I love being part of such a family-oriented environment.
Outside of work, I stay busy with my favorite activities—walking, hiking, and keeping up with our four kids. I also love reading and leading my local MomCo group. One of the things I appreciate most about living in Rochester is being so close to the lake, where we love boating in the summer.
I’m so happy to be part of the IPT family and look forward to welcoming you to our office!

Avery Hintz
Office Manager
Hi, I’m Avery Hintz, the Office Manager at Integrated Physical Therapy. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY Brockport and have been part of the Integrated team for the past two years. I love being the go-to person who helps keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling to patient support.
What I enjoy most about my role is getting to know our patients and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Seeing people regain mobility and confidence through physical therapy is incredibly rewarding, and I’m proud to be part of that journey.
Outside of work, I love exploring Rochester’s local coffee shops, spending time outdoors, and finding new ways to stay active.
I look forward to welcoming you to our office and helping make your experience at Integrated Physical Therapy as smooth and positive as possible.

Alice Read
Business Manager
Alice’s interest in the medical field began when she realized her favorite class was high school biology. She began her career as a nurse at Highland Hospital caring for newborns and their mothers. After taking a break to homeschool her children through high school (yes, she made sure they dissected frogs), she went back to school and earned her Masters degree in Nursing Administration. She has enjoyed working with John Zastawrny since 2005 nurturing the growth of our physical therapy and massage services. She rolls with the challenges of insurance billing and she efficiently oversees the daily operations for physical therapy in the Hilton and Irondequoit offices. She was thrilled when her son, Ben, joined our team in 2017.
Alice is a fan of K-Love radio and she enjoys playing piano with her church worship team. She has had extraordinary experiences going on mission trips with her husband to Guatemala and Italy. Together they travel frequently to visit family spread across the country in 8 different states. She is an avid country line dancer and swimmer and she loves being with her seven grandchildren as much as she can.
